Studio. The new Reformer classes are the very first Reformer classes to be offered in Kildare
and are an exciting addition to the extensive range of classes offered at Naas Pilates Studios.
With its sophisticated system of springs, straps and pulleys, more than 200 exercises can be

Last season saw Naas Physiotherapy Clinic successfully rehabilitate a number of Ireland's top
professional and amateur jockeys including Paddy Flood and Robert Power.
We also provided a raceday service for jockeys riding at many of the Punchestown meetings.

David will be discussing various aspects of physical health and plans to cover a different topic each month. He will

Kishan joined us in December 2008 from South Africa and brings with him a wealth of experience.
