What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise that strengthens the core stabilising muscles of the
body, preventing back pain, improving posture and giving a corset like effect around
the abdomen (i.e. reducing and strengthening your waistline).

Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of completed booking form and full payment.

Full Payment or a minimum of 50% deposit required at time of booking.
|

Classes booked on “1st Come – 1st Served” Basis.
|

Non payment at time of booking will not secure a place. Classes only secured when full payment is received. If demand arises for a particular class, places will be allotted to fully paid client.

Missed classes cannot be carried forward to another course or refunded in the event of non-attendance.
|
| |
Missed classes – There is a limited and restricted number of classes allocated for those who have missed classes. In the event that you miss a class, please contact reception for further details. Under no circumstances can any client attend another class without checking with reception first as certain classes are always busy and limited in places. Names must be taken for alternative courses.

For Health & Safety reasons, all clients must sign up in studio with their instructors each week, prior to commencing classes.
|

It is advisable to book early with reception to secure your preferred choice of course. Please do not assume your instructor will book a place for you.
|

Due to the popularity of certain classes, places are limited, therefore early booking is recommended.
If a course becomes fully booked before we receive your payment and completed booking form, we will
contact you to discuss an alternative class choice.

All classes must be used up within the course duration. Classes cannot be carried forward or credited to another
course.
|
| |
Minimum 5 people required for a class to proceed.
|
| |
Subject to medical history, a 30 minute assessment with a Physiotherapist may be required prior to
commencing classes. If an assessment is deemed necessary, we will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment
and the assessment will be charged at a rate of €35.00.
