Gillian Quinn
Pilates Instructor

Gillian started doing Pilates after her Husband injured his back playing professional football. His Physiotherapist recommended he start Pilates, he now says that doing Pilates saved his career and allowed him to continue playing Premier league football for several more years.

Gillian started training in the method eleven years ago and decided to become an instructor herself because she loved it so much and she has total belief in its benefits to everyone, not just to pro sportsmen.

Gillian began training with 'Body Control Pilates' in London. She then continued her training with 'Stott Pilates' in Ireland, completing all matwork training up to and including advanced mat. She has also completed the teacher training for all the equipment including Reformer, cadillac, barrels and chair. Gillian has also completed the injuries and special populations course to include pre and post natal training. She continues to do regular teacher training workshops in the UK and Ireland to keep up to date with the latest equipment and training techniques.
