With ski season fast approaching NOW is the time to prepare your body, thus ensuring you maximise your enjoyment on the pistes.

Skiing is a sport which specifically targets the largest muscle group of the body – The Legs. Without adequately preparing your legs for maximum usage, you may suffer an overload and injury may occur, usually resulting in severe cramp, stiffness and/or even muscle tears. It is therefore, very important to spend time stretching and warming up before and after each day's skiing. It is equally important to prepare your legs for your skiing trip by increasing your strength, endurance and flexibility.

The NEW Reformer Ski Classes introduced by Naas Physiotherapy Clinic (The first Reformer Ski Classes in Kildare) are specifically designed to assist our clients to reach the correct level of fitness to enjoy and safegaurd them while skiing.

Our classes are designed to focus on specific individual muscles rather than just targeting the leg muscles as an overall group. This method of isolating and training specific muscles, quickly increases your strength & endurance.

Our New Reformer Ski Package consists of two one hour sessions each week for seven weeks.

That’s just 14 hours! You will notice a significant difference after week two and seven and will experience life on the piste as never before....
